If
for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from momready,
return it within 30 days of your purchase and we will gladly exchange
your item, or refund the purchase price by the original payment method.
Please know that momready has a very high level of quality
control of the products we ship to you. However, if you receive an item
that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at: 818-995-1046

We
cannot accept returns on custom orders.
We do not accept COD returns.
We do not reimburse shipping charges.
Returns may be sent by UPS, FedEX or US mail. Please pack items carefully
and include a copy of your order summary.

CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS:
If you would like to cancel or modify your order, please email us as soon
as possible at order@momready.com,
or you may call us at 818-995-1046. We will make every effort possible
to meet your request, but cannot cancel or modify orders after they have
shipped. In this case, please refer to our return policy.
CHECKOUT
When you click “Submit Order” we verify your credit card.
Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. If you
do not click “Submit Order” your order will not be processed,
nor your credit card charged.

Your
credit card will be charged at the time of shipment. If we are unable
to process your credit card, please make sure you entered the card number,
expiration date, and security code correctly, and that the billing address
you entered matches your credit card statement address. If a problem persists,
please contact your credit card company.
SALES TAX
California residents are automatically charged the applicable sales tax.
ORDER
PROCESSING
momready processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding
holidays (including Jewish holidays). Shipping normally takes place within
two to three days after we receive the order. Out of stock items may be
delayed, but such delays normally do not exceed two to three weeks. We
will however notifty you of any such delays.
PRODUCT
AVAILABILITY
momready’s products are available for purchase
online or by phone and will be filled and shipped according to stock and
product availability. If your item is out of stock we will place a backorder,
and notify you by email. You may cancel your order at any time before
it has been shipped by calling us at 818-995-1046 or by email at order@momready.com.
If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, you will need to follow
our return policy. momready retains the right to cancel
part or all of any backorder.
DOMESTIC
SHIPPING
momready ships to all domestic addresses (excluding PO
Boxes) via UPS, FEDEX in accordance to the shipping method chosen during
the checkout process. All PO Box shipments are sent via US Mail. For security
reasons, momready will require a signature upon delivery.

INTERNATIONAL
SHIPPING
All orders for shipments outside the 48 continguous states will advised
by email of shipping method and charges. No international order will be
shipped without approval of costs by customer. Orders shipped to Alaska
and Hawaii will be shipped via US Mail for ground shipment, and at the
prevailing rate based on size and weight for express and overnight shipments.
